Project for the New American Century (PNAC) is worth revisiting in order to obtain an awareness of just how far Jabotinskian Neocon and Friedmanite Neoliberal plans have gone awry since the Neoconservatives and Neoliberals took effective control of US foreign and economic policy making under George W. Bush. As everything stands today, the 21st century hardly looks American at all.
