Samuel Gruber's Jewish Art & Monuments: Presidents and Synagogues

In this article Samuel Gruber discusses presidential visits to synagogues. During his presidency, George W. Bush visited Mosques at least twice during his presidency (Time for Kids | News | President Bush Visits Mosque and BUSH VISITS MOSQUE FOR ISLAMIC 'RESCUE' - New York Post). Yet neither Obama nor McCain visited a mosque during the presidential campaign.

The USA needs investments from Arab Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs), and Sven Behrendt identifies the need for the opening of a discussion about the creation of an international framework to govern the activities of all SWFs, but can the USA enter into such a dialogue if US political leaders appear to disdain Arab and Muslim American citizens?
