Jewish, Christian, Muslim Proselytization

Jews just don't get it as the Menachem Mendel blog entry entitled They Just Don’t Get It indicates.

Not only is proselytizing protected speech under the First Amendment to the US Constitution, but Muslims, Christians and Jews all proselytize even if all three communities generally have little appreciation for proselytizing directed at their own members.

Christians convert from one form of Christianity to another, to Buddhism, to Judaism, to the Sikh religion, and to Islam all the time.

While conversion to Judaism by Muslims was quite rare, non-Muslim groups within the Muslim world were not infrequently converted to Judaism, and there seems to be a good deal of conversion to Judaism in Central and E. Europe well into the 18th century.

Jewish resistance to converting non-Jews to Judaism seems to arise most strongly in the 19th century as Yiddish speakers developed an ethnic sense of Jewishness (Yiddishkeyt), which often rejected non-Ashkenazi Jews. This modern concept of Yiddishkeyt followed the traditional rule of excluding Jews after conversion to Christianity but innovated by including secular ethnic Ashkenazim that abandoned religious belief.

Modern Jewish proselytizing is generally not strictly religious with the possible exception of the Jewish Zionist Holocaust Cult, whose main temple (the Third Beit Hamikdash so to speak) has been erected in Washington, DC.

Yet one could legitimately argue that communism especially in its Spartacist, Trotskyite, and Shachtmanite forms or Friedmanite economics are secular Jewish religions that seek Jewish and non-Jewish converts.

At the beginning of the 20th century many German traditionalist groups complained about Jewish regenderization, which has reexpressed itself as Feminism and Gay Liberation in the USA since WW2.

All the various groups proselytizing Islamopobia and complaining about stealth Jihad or Muslim proselytizing are either run, funded or mobilized by Jews.

Muslims should probably respond to Jewish Zionist anti-Islamic incitement by setting up Da`wa (دعوة) tables and inviting attendees to Islam whenever David Horowitz, Daniel Pipes, or Yaron Brook show up on college campuses or whenever Geert Wilders visits the USA.
