Ignoring Jewish History Distorts Analysis

Within Gramscian theory once a hegemonic discourse has been created, certain topics are forbidden from discussion, and certain propositions are not to be challenged.
Because the fear of accusations of anti-Semitism# creates such hegemony, no mainstream US politicians are publicly questioning the disproportionate number of Jews (and especially Jewish Zionists) being given important economic policy making roles in the Obama administration.
The lack of discussion is scary because the current economic crisis is almost completely a product of the US alliance with Israel.
In addition, Obama seems to depend immensely on the totally corrupt Zionist Jewish political-business-regulator-academic social network (hereafter The Network)$ for recommendations.
The Network promotes clowns like Larry Summers and Bob Rubin, with whom Obama consults.
The Network also promoted Mary Shapiro, who completely blew the investigation of Sam Israel and who is connected with Bernie Madoff through his son Mark.
It took about 10 minutes of googling to find a fairly strong (albeit somewhat indirect) link between Robert Vesco and Madoff.
But for The Network, SEC scrutiny would have shut Madoff down years ago. He got away with his fraud for so long because he worked The Network even as he preyed on the Jewish members and organizations within The Network.
Ronald Cass, former dean of the Boston University School of Law, argues in Madoff Exploited the Jews that no law can change the vulnerability of networks of trust, but he is wrong in this case.
The wealthy Jewish victims made themselves vulnerable to Madoff
- because they have worked so hard to make sure that US laws are enforced differently for Jews and non-Jews* and
- because they are very often themselves involved in securities, election law, or tax code violations like those of the Lappin Foundation+ and are probably reluctant to invite investigation.
The solution is obvious.
Instead of putting more crooked Jewish Zionist incompetents in positions of authority, the US government should be replacing them with competent anti-Zionists willing to apply the law uniformly for all Americans.
Unfortunately, American leaders like Obama are daunted from the rational course of action because of the bogus anti-Semitism issue and because hegemonic discourse about Jews creates a mystique of Jewish superiority to justify and to encourage the disproportionate placement of Jews in positions of responsibility throughout academia, politics, the media, government, law, and medicine.
The NPR Broadcast Malcolm Gladwell's 'Outliers' is fairly typical of this discourse. Here is a description of the interview:

While Armand Emanuel Duc de Richelieu was prefect of Odessa (1803-1814), he created an exceptional commercial, cultural, and musical environment, from which Odessa's Jews (both ethnic Ashkenazim and Karaite Tatars) were able to benefit fully. In addition because of the lack of qualified personnel in Chernigov and New Russia, the rules, which placed restrictions on qualifications for public service throughout the Czarist empire, were relaxed in these two regions, and Jews often served in various capacities in public administration within them.
As immigrants to the USA, ethnic Ashkenazim had the benefit of the networking and social services of already established Jewish communities while Jewish political economic oligarchs in the UK and the USA supported Zionism because it appeared to serve their interests.
Thanks to corrupt Jewish networking, intellectual intimidation by Jewish attack organizations like the ADL, and the dilettantism of academic popularizers like Gladwell, Jewish success and domination of critical sectors of American society are rendered almost supernaturally foreordained within the hegemonic discourse while those capable of explaining the real situation are intimidated into silence.
If Gladwell's ecological analogy is correct, some groups like Sicilian mafiosi or Jewish Zionists (really Judonia) simply need to be weeded out of the social ecosphere in order both

S.E.C. Madoff Inquiries Were Incompetent, Report Says

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The watchdog of the Securities and Exchange Commission has found that three agency exams and two investigations of Bernard Madoff's business were incompetent, despite ample warnings of the multibillion-dollar fraud.
But SEC inspector general David Kotz's report found no evidence of any improper ties between agency officials and Madoff.
Despite speculation that senior SEC officials may have tried to influence the probes, a summary of Kotz's report released Wednesday also found no evidence of that.
The SEC enforcement staff, conducting investigations of Madoff's business, "almost immediately caught (him) in lies and misrepresentations, but failed to follow up on inconsistencies" and rejected whistleblowers' offers to provide additional evidence, the report says.
One of the most striking points in the report is that the investigations actually may have made things worse.
"Madoff proactively informed potential investors that the SEC had examined his operations" and found nothing amiss, it says. The fact that three SEC inspections and two investigations failed to detect the fraud gave credibility to Madoff's operations and encouraged more people to give him their money.
Revelations in December of the agency's failure to uncover Madoff's massive Ponzi scheme over a decade touched off one of the most painful scandals in the agency's 75-year history.
Between June 1992 and last December, when Madoff confessed, the SEC received six "substantive complaints that raised significant red flags" regarding Madoff's operations. But "a thorough and competent investigation or examination was never performed," the report says.
Many of the SEC staff who conducted the investigations were "inexperienced," according to the report.
It cites examinations of Madoff's business done in 2004 and 2005 by the agency's inspections office. In both exams, the staff "made the surprising discovery" that Madoff's mysterious investment business was making far more money than his well-known wholesale brokerage operation. "However, no one identified this revelation as a cause for concern," the report says.
Even more surprising, the two exams were being conducted at the same time in different SEC offices without either location being aware of the other's action. It was Madoff himself who told one of the inspection teams that he'd already given the information they sought to the other team, according to the report.
Madoff pleaded guilty in March. He is serving 150 years in federal prison in North Carolina for a pyramid scheme that destroyed thousands of people's life savings, wrecked charities and gave already-rattled confidence in the financial system another jolt. The legions of investors who lost money included ordinary people, Hollywood celebrities and scores of famous names in business and sports -- as well as big hedge funds, international banks and charitable foundations in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
