first heard of hlf approx '96. small paragraph in newspaper. congresswoman nita lowey,ny, was continuing her crusade to have the organization classified as terrorist. at that time no success.

i called the fbi office in dc and stated i wanted to make a contribution to hlf but not if it was a dangerous organization. an agent told me it had been cleared and that i could make a donation.

hlf and sami al arian are suffering from persecutions by those who serve israel.
