Tohar HaNeshek in Jerusalam Attack

Settler Criminals Not Innocent Civilians
by Joachim Martillo (ThorsProvoni@aol.com)

In the Occupied Territories Palestinians are squeezed between the mostly off-camera aggressive anti-Arab violence of the settlers and the official theoretically defensive violence of the IDF.

Jews in Occupied Poland circa 1940 had a similar situation, for they were subject to alternating and sometimes combined SS and Wehrmacht violence.

Yeshivat Merkaz haRav is the flagship educational institution of Gush Emunim nowadays called Faithful of the Land of Israel (נאמני ארץ ישראל, neemanei eretz yisrael). It is the ideological command center for the Settler Movement
The ideology of Yeshivat Merkaz haRav is generally called religious nationalist, but it really educates its students in the occult mystical intellectual current of Zionism.

This Yeshiva is essentially a college level seminary with a large graduate (kollel) program. The students eventually develop an almost mythographic mentality.
  • that rewrites reality to support a nearly psychotic set of extremist fanatic beliefs and
  • that puts them beyond any rational persuasion.
The students are often in combined military-talmudic study programs. Many carry weapons and are involved in brutalizing or in abusing the native population in the Occupied Territories.

Yeshivat Merkaz haRav under US law would be considered a combined terrorist training and indoctrination center if the same laws applied to Jews that apply to everyone else.

Traditionally in Eastern Europe the best students were already immersed in deep Talmud study by bar mitzvah (13), but combined "religious nationalist" military-talmudic study programs usually run for about 5-6 years, generally start at around age 15-16, and involve about 16 months of official military service with some physical and military training before official induction.

Here is the list of the students killed:
  • Doron Meherete, 26 years old,
  • Yonadav Haim Hirschfeld, settler, 19 years old,
  • Yohai Lifshitz, settler, 18 years old
  • Roee Roth, settler, 18 years old
  • Yonatan Yitzhak Eldar, settler, 16 years old,
  • Avraham David Moses, settler, 16 years old,
  • Neria Cohen, settler, settler, 15 years old, and
  • Segev Peniel Avihail, settler, 15 years old.
These students were settler terrorists either already or in training. They almost certainly had already taken part in humiliation, brutality and other crimes against the native population. They cannot be considered innocent civilians in the same category as the women, children and babies that the IDF routinely murders.

In his completely legitimate act of resistance against the Zionist state currently breaking all just war standards in Gaza, Alaa Abu Dhein unlike the IDF carefully chose targets among willing participants, activists, and trainees in the commission of atrocities. He is to be commended for choice of target and for tohar haneshek (טוהר הנשק Hebrew: purity of arms).

Dear Joachim:

The thrust of what you write below is borne out in the Israeli press, that correctly identifies Merkaz Harav as "the heart of Zionism", that the Palestinian attacker chose deliberately. See:

ANALYSIS: Gazans see attack on yeshiva as unusual achievement

Yeshiva head: J'lem shooting is continuation of 1929 massacre

An assault on the heart of Zionism

Tohar haneshek is not a concept that I would apply to this situation, or to any other.

Tohar HaNeshek was always propaganda in the context of Zionist attacks on Palestinians. I used the term for shock value.

Hi, Joachim,

You might mention that the NY Times article today went on for 19 column inches before mentioning anything about what the “school” was—and then softpedaled it for 2 iches and went on

Because the first comment mentions the 1929 violence, it's worthwhile to take a look a Rav Elkhonon Wasserman's analysis entitled Who Has Destroyed More, the Arabs or the Zionists?.

It does not really do justice to the Rav's understanding of the situation, and a valuable collection of his Yiddish and Hebrew articles is published by an anti-Zionist group.

Wasserman was quite aware of the hostility that Soviet and Zionist Jews were creating toward the Jewish community as a whole in Central and Eastern Europe as well as in the Arab and Muslim worlds, but because his life was centered on submission to God, he focuses this essay on genuine Jewish education.

Wasserman considered Rav Kook's ideas the purest heresy and avodah zarah (idolatry). He probably would also have agreed that they constituted shirk from an Islamic standpoint.

Yet, Wasserman had a good grasp of material reality. He saw how the violence in Hebron was used for Zionist fundraising, and there is little doubt that the Kookians and other Zionist groups will do the same today.

The third comment probably refers to Hamas Claims Deadliest Attack In Israel In 2 Years.

Shimon Peres outdid himself when he claimed:

Israeli President Shimon Peres denounced the attack as "barbaric" because the students had "nothing to do with war."

Very very good analysis. I red the NY times and it's so shitty what they wrote. Anyway, you didn't hear about the 25 Israeli Army vehicles that came half a mile from the nativity church same night about 10:30pm and they stayed till 6a.m. They tried unsuccessfully to catch a jihadist. Then they blow up his home. I was teargased as walking to my house nearby. Very brutal regime and it's the settlers who give the excuse of rthe army. But it's not really the settlers, it's the govenment that supports them and the funding from the US that sustain them.

First of all, as you can see, 4 of these people are under 18.

2nd, 3 of them live in Israel proper. Of course, you celebrate all of them being murdered.

Then again this doesn't matter to you. I hope that your family gets hit by terrorists.

Yohai Lifshitz, 18, of Jerusalem
Yehonatan Yitzhak Alder, 16, of Shilo
Yehonadav Haim Hirshfeld, 19, of Kochav Hashahar
Neria Cohen, 15, of Jerusalem
Roy Rot, 18, of Elkana
Segev Peniel Avihail, 15, of Neveh Daniel
Avraham David Mozes, 16, of Efrat
Doron Mahareta, 26, of Ashdod

The IDF and its predecessors have had no compunction about killing infants. I can document such casual murderous toward non-Jews back to the 19-naughts among Zionist ethnic Ashkenazim and back to the Russian Revolution among communist ethnic Ashkenazim.

I tried to look up Yohai Lifshitz and Neria Cohen. They seem to live in areas that are counted part of Jerusalem today but were captured in the 1967 war.

The attack constituted tohar haneshek because the victims were terrorists in training and had probably already engaged in numerous serious criminal violations of international law as well as abuse and brutality against the native population.

By killing 8 at the preeminent Zionist Yeshivah, the attacker created a shockwave among Zionists comparable to the 120 Palestinians that the IDF just killed and sent an important message that rejection of a civil discussion of issues leaves only an uncivil discussion in which any Zionist criminal can be hit any time anywhere.

Kosher Double Standards Forever!

The Jewish homosexual prostitute Herschel Grynszpan that shot Ernst vom Rath, his not-terribly-keen client at the German Embassy in Paris, was made out to be a little Jewish “Resistance hero”, no less. And had he, instead, snuck into an Adolf-Hitler-Schule and murdered several students there, he’d be a full-blown “Jewish hero”, for sure! So how come this Arab taxi driver in Jerusalem is anything less than a hero? To call him a “gunman”, however, is a bit of an exaggeration, given the amount of ammunition wasted.

The “gas chambers” -- semiliterate Jewpsy fiction

The amply documented Jewish/KGB lie about the way Zyklon B was purportedly introduced into the putative “gas chambers” -- through the “holes in the roof” or even the “windows” -- decidedly excludes the only possible engineering solution, whereby this non-volatile chemical compound could have been made to yield its lethal agent (hydrogen cyanide) within a reasonably short period of time. The putative homicidal “gas chambers” -- shower rooms -- had to be located right next door to the real fumigation chambers with their centrifugal fan-based crashers-blowers that pulverized the Zyklon B pellets and blew about the resulting powder, thus facilitating the quick release of the hydrogen cyanide by increasing the surface area of the Zyklon B particles by a factor of several hundred and by getting them airborne, as well. (The fumigation chambers dry-cleaned, disinfected and disinsected the prisoners clothes, while they showered -- and they utilized the “deadly gas” Zyklon B to provide this good service! Little wonder, they are given total silence treatment by the purely parasitic “Holocaust” propaganda industry.) All that’s missing here (to support the “extermination” theory) is a bit of ducting connecting the crashers-blowers in the real fumigation chambers to those legendary “gas chambers”, which would have been very easy to improvise, had those “gas chambers” really existed, as they couldn’t possibly function without those crashers-blowers. However, hundreds upon hundreds of (schooled) Jewish, as well as (Jew-blackmailed) German witnesses went on record totally denying the only possible engineering solution to the real problem of these non-functional “gas chambers”. Oi vey! Holocaust, shmolocaust!

What the f*ck do you know about Tohar Haneshek? Man, you and that wife of yours are one sorry bunch

Its my hope that something evil befalls your kids so you will suffer.

Hey George,

Do your Lubovitcher friends know what sort of mouth you have? But then I spent some time in Crown Heights with them and am very aware of Lubovitcher contempt and animosity toward non-Jews.

I do know that tohar haneshek was always a propaganda lie.

Special Night Squads gives some indication of the truth.

Best,

Joachim Martillo

I strongly disagree with the last paragraph of this memo and do not think Alaa Abu Dheim should be commended for this shooting rampage. I do not think actions of this sort help the Palestinian cause at all. I feel these sorts of killings fuel hatred of Palestinians and do not help the uneducated learn more about the overall situation (part of which relates to lack of in depth journalism to explain the situation). When Hamas comes out and says that they do not yet take responsibility for these killings but are in support of the killings – steerotypes of Hamas and Palestinians are perpetrated.

Joachim Martillo said...

Until Jews and Zionists stop lying about tohar neshek of Zionist military action, everyone has an obligation to use such concepts against Jewish and Zionist racism.

At the core Zionism presumes that Jews have the right to plunder and to kill non-Jews with impunity. Opponents of Zionism should sidetrack themselves with whether a given Palestinian act reinforces stereotypes of Hamas and Palestinians.

Whatever Palestinians do, racist Jewish and Zionist gatekeepers in the media will continue to reinforce prejudices against Palestinians, Arabs and Muslims.

Jewish and non-Jewish opponents of Zionists must concentrate on educating Americans about Jewish racism, extremism and fanaticism and about the harm these attitudes do to the USA and to the world!

It appears, through this article, taht you have justified any action Israel takes to destroy the family of any palestinian terrorist.

"It appears, through this article, taht you have justified any action Israel takes to destroy the family of any palestinian terrorist."

Racist murderous genocidal Zionist infiltrators, invaders, interlopers, and thieves have been slaughtering Palestinian families for over a century.

We have to be honest about the issue.

Under Nuremberg Law, Palestinians simply are not terrorists when they kill Zionist invaders anywhere in stolen or occupied Palestine while Nuremberg Law and the International Convention for the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide probably obligate the Convention signatories to obliterate the criminal Zionist conglomeration that has stolen Palestine from the native Palestinian population.
