Seven years after 9/11, we witness another, greater and even more enjoyable collapse, that of the American financial pyramid. It took some twenty years in building; its collapse took only a few weeks. Let us cut the hypocritical crap: this was a wonderful show, no ifs, ands or buts. The US stock markets boomed when they bombed Baghdad and Belgrade, they prospered when they robbed Moscow and squeezed sweat from Beijing. When they had it good, they had plenty of money for invading Iraq, threatening Iran and strangling Palestine. In short, when it was good for them, it was bad for us. Let them have a taste of their own medicine!

“They” are not the Americans, and “we” are not the rest of the planet. “They” are a small sliver of the American population, the get-rich-quick crowd from the East Side of Manhattan and similar places. The last twenty years witnessed a great shift of money upwards, to a smaller and smaller pack of greedy beasts. While the majority of Americans lost the ability to send their children to universities, these fat cats bought themselves villas in Florida and houses in Tel Aviv. Worse, they spent their billions buying up the media in order to subvert American democracy and send American soldiers to fight wars in far-away places. A big part of the stolen money was siphoned off to Israel, where apartment prices went through the roof and are still rising.

They had it good; they were proud that the financial charts of the US and of the world were drawn up in a small room by Henry Paulson of the Treasury, Ben Bernanke and Alan Greenspan of the Federal Reserve, by Maurice Greenberg of A.I.G. They built their world surrounded by Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Marc Rich, Michael Milken, Andrew Fastow, George Soros, et al. Their exciting new world of Lexus and Nexus was glorified by Tom Friedman of the New York Times. They gave the Nobel Prize in Economics to Myron Scholes and Robert C. Merton, proud board directors of the now infamous Long Term Capital Management hedge fund that was bailed out by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to the tune of $3.6 billion. President Bush rewarded them for their unaccountability by releasing them from the burden of taxation. Let them pay now for all the fun they had.

They took your real dollars and turned it into funny money -- “unredeemable, non-interest-bearing promissory notes of the Fed, that are not backed by anything other than the confidence of the credulous”, in the words of one Internet wit. The ruination of the American working class and even its middle class is unavoidable The fears about the Large Hadron Collider creating a big black hole in place of Earth were based on this sinking feeling that the incredible riches of the US are disappearing into their own black hole.

This is not the first confidence trick in US history: Jay Gould and Joseph Seligman caused the 'Black Friday' stock market crash in the late 19^th century, while Jacob Schiff caused the notorious ‘Black Thursday’ panic that led to a nationwide economic depression[1]. Seligman was also the mover behind the Panama affair, a stock market swindle that became proverbial in France. The swindle was set up by two Jews of German origin, Jacques Reinach and Cornelius Herz who bribed parliamentarians. While Reinach was working on the right wing, the ‘Republicans’ of his day, Herz was working on the ‘Democrats’. Wikipedia quotes Hannah Arendt, who wrote that the middlemen between the business sector and the state were almost exclusively Jews. This warm embrace between the state and the business sector was a recipe for disaster.

Obviously things have changed since then, and now the Mammonites are of various persuasions, even of Christian Science, like Hank Paulson, whose net worth is estimated at $700 million and whose career at Goldman Sachs (Chairman 1998-2006) made him the obvious choice for the position of secretary of the treasury. Only their devotion to the god of Greed remained constant. In the world of ideal capitalism (“market economy”) they so glorified, they would have paid a price. In Glen David Gold’s vastly entertaining novel Carter Beats the Devil, their spiritual ancestor was tarred and feathered by strong-willed Connecticut folk circa 1670, for he had bought a whole boatload of imported products with the criminal intent of getting rich quick by cornering the market and ripping off his fellow men. Nowadays such a criminal would get a medal from the neo-liberal Milton Friedman Fund, a citation from JINSA and be taught as a positive example by the Harvard Business School.

Now they intend to use their control over the government in order to shift their losses onto ordinary Americans. Whether this act is called ‘nationalisation’ or ‘privatisation’ or ‘bailout’, the bottom line is that many Americans will find themselves poor, and all Americans will have a huge tax burden to bear. But the perpetrators of the pyramid will get off scot-free; they will retire to their castles and to their sure and protected investments as they have always done before.

The Americans were played for suckers; they were cleaned out as easily as were the unsophisticated Albanians a few years ago. Even worse: the Albanians took out their guns and pursued the robbers; the Americans take it all lying down. But the device was the same.

The Americans are entitled to know who robbed them and their children: these are the men who became so ostentatiously rich during last two decades. They should pay the price of their crime. And if the government, the President, the Congress and Senate, the Democrats and the Republicans are reluctant to enforce it, the ordinary Americans may do as their Connecticut Yankee ancestors did: apply tar and feathers liberally. If this does not help, hang the bastards on the lamp posts.

This is exactly the time to remember why America’s Founding Fathers enshrined the people’s right to own and bear arms in the Second Amendment to the Constitution. Thank God the ADL did not cancel it yet. These arms are not for robbers: they are given to enforce justice when all other means fail. Aux armes, to arms, as the French said when giving this treatment to their tricksters. America has a great tradition of instant direct justice enforcement, this Hang’em High call of the Westerns. Heed it now!

Let US soldiers come back from unneeded wars and remote bases all over the world: their real enemy is in their own country. In the ringing, still relevant words of Lenin, let us turn the imperial war into a civil one, against the greedy bastards. Instead of charging taxpayers, turn the US into a billionaire-free zone! The billionaires, these greediest rats, gained most from the Great Pyramid; pauperise them. Nullify their bank accounts. The disappearance of trillions of dollars from their electronic bank accounts will drive the value of the greenback up; your salary will become real money again!

If we assume that more than half of all billionaires are proud members of the Israel Lobby, it will also solve the Middle Eastern problem. To be on the safe side, confiscate all the assets of the Pyramid-builders: of Paulson and Bernanke, of Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs executives, and of President Bush who allowed it all to happen. Peace will come to Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq; Americans will again become proud of their country. Such mass confiscation will restore democracy in the US: the next candidates for the Presidency will not go hat in hand to AIPAC to declare their fealty. The defeat of Greed will turn people back to God; the eliminated ballast will allow for national medical care, social security and free education for all. Instead of being a disaster, the financial collapse offers a unique opportunity to fix all America’s ills. Do not miss it!

Speaking for the wide world outside America, I’ll tell you this: do not throw good money after bad. Reject the seductive purring from Washington. Consider your funds in the US already lost. If you can still get something, good; but do not waste money and efforts to regain what is gone. There is a most valuable asset you may get for the lost ones; that is your freedom and independence. An undermined dollar means your economy will be safe. The Pyramid collapse will set you free!

Relentless anti-Westernism vs Relentless anti-Islamism

On Wednesday Harvard KSG Professor Stephen Walt blogged Birds of a feather: flocking together or flying apart?

He wrote:

... another justification for continuing the war in Afghanistan is the belief that the Afghan Taliban, al Qaeda, the Pakistani Taliban, and groups such as the Haqqani network form a tight ideologically-inspired alliance that is relentlessly anti-American and dedicated to attacking us no matter where we are or what we are doing. In this view, these various groups are "birds of a feather flocking together." This belief fuels the fear that a Taliban victory in Afghanistan would produce a dramatic increase in al Qaeda's capabilities, once their Islamic soulmates provided them with territory, recruits, and other forms of support for attacks on the West in general and the United States in particular.

Walt's point is important, but he should also apply it to the world view of Arab/Islamic Jihadism.

Abdullah Azzam and his successors looked at all the border wars of Islam from Algeria, through Bosnia, Chechnya, Sudan, Palestine, Somalia, Lebanon, Afghanistan, India/Pakistan/Kashmir, China, Burma, Cambodia, Thailand, and the Philippines, and then concluded that there was a worldwide carefully orchestrated conspiracy against Islam.

The belief is of course nonsense. The problems of Muslims in Chechnya and Thailand are surely completely unrelated, and the vast majority of Muslims understand this simple fact.

Yet the position of the tiny jihadist minority is not completely insane if we look not at the border wars but at Islamophobic incitement and include N. America and Europe, for we find increasing coordination among the six major currents of Islamophobia.

I will try to post a long overview of the issue at Ethnic Ashkenazim Against Zionist Israel sometime next week, but for the moment I have only the following two blog entries, which discuss en passant the role of Jewish Zionist mega-money in merging Zionist Islamophobia with European nativist currents derived from the thought of politicians like Enoch Powell and Pierre Poujade:

These two of the six major Islamophobic currents may seem rather remote from the Afpak region especially if we accept Tip O'Neil's postulate: All politics is local.

Yet in the Age of Globalization, all local politics is global and all global politics is local.

In my experience people in the Afpak region are highly aware of Western/Zionist Islamophobic incitement: [AAFIA] The Zionist Islamophobic Police State.

Clearly there is an issue of confusion of image with reality, but because image affects both reality and also policy decisions on both sides, not only does image become deadly as Zionists orchestrate the incineration of one Arab or Muslim country after another, but there is a resonance effect of reaction and counterreaction.

The most realist, cost-effective and rational approach to weakening the alliances of various Jihadist and Islamist organizations requires confronting worldwide Zionist subversion immediately with the arrest of as many of the funders as possible for criminal violations including Conspiracy Against Rights, Seditious Conspiracy, and material support for Zionist terrorism (in other words turning the current Islamophobic strategy being managed by Zionists like Treasury official Stuart Levey back on the Zionists strategically placed in positions of power throughout American society).

Obviously, the effort must start with the identification of the numerous Zionist subversives within the US government, who must be arrested, tried, and sentenced for long prison terms in the facilities that Zionist government officials have been establishing throughout the US prison system for loyal and patriotic Arab and Muslim US citizens: US Government: More Zionist Subversion.

The head of a controversial United Nations fact-finding mission to the Gaza Strip and a former Israeli ambassador to the United Nations will discuss assertions that Israel and Palestinian fighters committed war crimes during three weeks of fighting in the Middle East last winter.

Justice Richard Goldstone, head of the United Nations Fact Finding Mission on the Gaza Conflict, and chair of the Ethics Center's Advisory Board, and Dore Gold, former Israeli ambassador to the United Nations, will exchange views on the report’s findings. The report said there is evidence of war crimes on both sides and that the Israelis made disproportionate use of force.

by Dr. Aafia's brother. This is the true story of a Brown Box. An ordinary cardboard box. Not too big, not too small. Nothing special. It was the kind of an everyday box used to package every thing from priceless objects to toilet paper. A few months ago, I came home one evening to find this box waiting at my front door. It was odd. I had not ordered anything by mail and was not expecting any other delivery. Unfortunately, these days, finding an unexpected box is more cause for fear than curious excitement.

I went through the items [in the box] carefully at first, almost scientifically, as if handling a lost treasure, cataloging what I found. But soon, as the items became personal, the reality of what I had in my hands hit me – and it hit hard.

You see the box had come from Carswell Medical Center in Fort Worth Texas and the name on the side was that of my sister Aafia, # 90279-054

This box contained all that remained of the worldly belongings of Aafia’s life. This is what she accumulated during the 8 months at the institution known as the “House of Horrors”. It hit me that without warning, one day someone took her away. She had no time to complete tasks, letters, consume a special treat or send a last letter. All her belongings, both of her scarves and her beloved Quran were all left behind.

She was strip searched naked and taken away with nothing but her body.

Do unto others...

Jerusalem / PNN - The Israeli-controlled Jerusalem Municipality demolished the Ghaoui family tent today and confiscated it contents.

The family was living in the tent after the occupying Israeli administration forcibly evicted them from their home in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood and gave the house to settlers.

It is from the overtaken Ghaoui home that Jewish extremists have waged several attacks on the citizens of the neighborhood; attacks which Israeli police and soldiers haved witnessed, but did not intervene until the Palestinian victims and other residents began to defend themselves. Among the victims over the past week are children and women.

The Ghaoui family is one of hundreds of Palestinian families that have either been evicted or face eviction in East Jerusalem.

In addition to serving as their house, the tent that the Ghaoui's were living in was also a solidarity tent and was the epicenter of a nonviolent resistance movement that challenged the policies of occupation.

Chief Justice of Palestine Sheikh Taysir Tamimi described on Wednesday the continued destruction of homes in East Jerusalem and the ensuing homelessness as ethnic cleansing.

And the Palestinians should not fight with rocks, bottles, knives, clubs, bombs, and every possible and conceivable weapon as a response to this? Let me hear that bitch Hillary say something about "Israel's rigbts". Yes Israel, you deserve major payback and you have it coming.

Take our grandfathers name off the Yad Vashem Wall!

Monsieur le Président de l'Etat d'Israël, je vous écris pour que vous interveniez auprès de qui de droit afin que l'on retire du Mémorial de Yad Vashem dédié à la mémoire des victimes juives du nazisme, le nom de mon grand-père, Moshe Brajtberg, gazé à Treblinka en 1943, ainsi que ceux des autres membres de ma famille morts en déportation dans différents camps nazis durant la seconde guerre mondiale. Je vous demande d'accéder à ma demande, monsieur le président, parce que ce qui s'est passé à Gaza, et plus généralement, le sort fait au peuple arabe de Palestine depuis soixante ans, disqualifie à mes yeux Israël comme centre de la mémoire du mal fait aux juifs, et donc à l'humanité tout entière.

Voyez-vous, depuis mon enfance, j'ai vécu dans l'entourage de survivants des camps de la mort. J'ai vu les numéros tatoués sur les bras, j'ai entendu le récit des tortures ; j'ai su les deuils impossibles et j'ai partagé leurs cauchemars.

Il fallait, m'a-t-on appris, que ces crimes plus jamais ne recommencent ; que plus jamais un homme, fort de son appartenance à une ethnie ou à une religion n'en méprise un autre, ne le bafoue dans ses droits les plus élémentaires qui sont une vie digne dans la sûreté, l'absence d'entraves, et la lumière, si lointaine soit-elle, d'un avenir de sérénité et de prospérité.

Or, monsieur le président, j'observe que malgré plusieurs dizaines de résolutions prises par la communauté internationale, malgré l'évidence criante de l'injustice faite au peuple palestinien depuis 1948, malgré les espoirs nés à Oslo et malgré la reconnaissance du droit des juifs israéliens à vivre dans la paix et la sécurité, maintes fois réaffirmés par l'Autorité palestinienne, les seules réponses apportées par les gouvernements successifs de votre pays ont été la violence, le sang versé, l'enfermement, les contrôles incessants, la colonisation, les spoliations.

Vous me direz, monsieur le président, qu'il est légitime, pour votre pays, de se défendre contre ceux qui lancent des roquettes sur Israël, ou contre les kamikazes qui emportent avec eux de nombreuses vies israéliennes innocentes. Ce à quoi je vous répondrai que mon sentiment d'humanité ne varie pas selon la citoyenneté des victimes.

Par contre, monsieur le président, vous dirigez les destinées d'un pays qui prétend, non seulement représenter les juifs dans leur ensemble, mais aussi la mémoire de ceux qui furent victimes du nazisme. C'est cela qui me concerne et m'est insupportable. En conservant au Mémorial de Yad Vashem, au coeur de l'Etat juif, le nom de mes proches, votre Etat retient prisonnière ma mémoire familiale derrière les barbelés du sionisme pour en faire l'otage d'une soi-disant autorité morale qui commet chaque jour l'abomination qu'est le déni de justice.

Alors, s'il vous plaît, retirez le nom de mon grand-père du sanctuaire dédié à la cruauté faite aux juifs afin qu'il ne justifie plus celle faite aux Palestiniens. Veuillez agréer, monsieur le président, l'assurance de ma respectueuse considération.

In addition, I am not sure that the natives in the colonies counted as fully human in Smith's thinking.

Scaremongering Muslim Interns, Undermining Democracy

When constituencies within the American body politic put their own people on Capitol Hill so that their voice can be heard, they help the American government serve the American public better, but the Israel Lobby has chosen instead to poison the American political process by criminally conspiring against the rights of its opponents. On Oct. 14, Rep. Sue Myrick (R-NC), John Shadegg (R-AZ), Paul Broun (R-GA), and Trent Franks (R-AZ) showed themselves not merely as racial or religious bigots but acted as seditious conspirators against the United States of America and its Constitution by holding a press conference

• to attack Muslim American Congressional interns as spies and to endorse Dave Gaubatz' Islamophobic book Muslim Mafia and possibly
• to distract from the Goldstone Report, which the Obama administration failed to bury and which was about to be endorsed by the UN Human Rights Council.

Jim Morrill reported in the Charlotte Observer on Monday January 6, 2003 that Myrick fears that convenience store clerks may be engaged in a vast anti-American conspiracy:

Myrick’s comments came during a speech to the conservative Heritage Foundation last week about what she called Americans’ lack of readiness to deal with future terrorist attacks. During a question-and-answer session, she spoke about danger within the country.

“You know, and this can be misconstrued, but honest to goodness (husband) Ed and I for years, for 20 years, have been saying, `You know, look at who runs all the convenience stores across the country.’ Every little town you go into, you know?”

Myrick and her colleagues refer during the press conference and in other appearances to the Holy Land Foundation trial in which CAIR and every non-governmental organization that ever participated along with HLF in a fundraiser for Palestinians was named an unindicted co-conspirator.

The proceedings against the HLF and its principles were a political show trial put together by a conspiracy of Jewish Zionist Neocons within the George W. Bush administration.

The article From Epistemic to Bureaucratic Islamophobia points out:

Zionists will only feel secure when their [propaganda] falsehoods are elevated to religious dogma among Christians and Muslims. The specialized Zionist Islamophobic vocabulary is often based on Arabic names or Islamic technical terminology like Wahhabi, jihad, sharia, taqiya, zakat, dawa or Islamic charity to which Neocon literature assigns distorted, negative, or demonic connotations.

Because George W. Bush brought so many Neocons including into the government, a previously epistemic Zionist political culture infected^$ the US government's bureaucratic culture.

Once ensconced in US government positions during the War on Terror when the public was unlikely to challenge policy that was supposed to protect America, Jewish Zionist Neocon subversives swiftly moved to transform the DOJ and the Treasury into weaponry with which American Muslim citizens could be marginalized, demonized, and ultimately imprisoned in order to prevent them from exercising their Constitutional rights fully to participate in American political culture.

Having problems neither with subversion of the US government nor with religious bigotry directed mostly toward Arabs, South Asians, and African Americans, the four Congressmen put together an anti-Muslim hate-fest that combines the theatrics of segregationists of a bygone era with a highly evolved form of the Zionist mob-and-smear.

The tactic goes back at least as far back as 1937 when NY Jewish Zionists tried to punish a NY City official for giving a member of the Palestinian Arab High Command time on a city radio station to explain Arab objections to Zionism (Baksheesh Diplomacy, Secret Negotiations between American Jewish Leaders and Arab Officials on the Eve of World War II, by Rafael Medoff, p. 87):

Three days later [June 14, 1937], [Izzat] Tannous [a member of the Arab Higher Committee -- the chief Palestinian political body] called [Dr. Albert] Amateau [a colleague of Maurice Karpf, a leading non-Zionist member of the American wing of the Jewish Agency for Palestine] to inform him that he would be sailing back to London in two weeks at the request of Haj Amin el Husseini, better known as the mufti of Jerusalem, the most prominent leader of the Palestinian Arab community. In the meantime, Tannous offered vaguely to "do what he could" to hold off Arab disturbances in Palestine pending further negotiations with the Jews. Tannous also had a favor to ask. It seemed that an official at the New York City-owned radio station WNYC had broadcast one of Tannous's lectures, prompting Jewish protests and an investigation by the municpal Board of Aldermen. Tannous feared the investigation might cost the man his job; could Amateau arrange for some prominent Jews to intervene on the man's behalf? Felix Warburg [NY German American Jewish community leader and philanthropist] immediately wrote the requested letter. "I thought it would be a good thing to make a record here which the Arabs no doubt will see, letting them know that everybody is not of the same mind," he explained to [Maurice] Hexter [Warburg's right hand on Palestine matters].

Not only is such courteousness foreign to contemporary Jewish Zionist Neocons and their bedfellows, but a recent example the mob-and-smear includes the successful effort to drive Esam Omeish from the Virginia Commission on Immigration in 2007 for daring to express outrage in 2006 at wanton Israeli destruction of Lebanon and heinous mistreatment of Palestinians.

Approximately a year later, a particularly ridiculous mob-and-smear, which was started by the secretive Global Muslim Brotherhood Daily Report, forced Mazen Asbahi to resign his volunteer post as Obama campaign national coordinator for Muslim American affairs because according to Steve Clemons

[he] served on a board "for a few weeks" that included a muslim fundamentalist imam from Illinois. Asbahi resigned from the board . . . eight years ago."

As the mob-and-smear has evolved since the 30s, the trails to the key strategists and funders have tended to become more obscure while the accusations and the accusers have become more bizarre and even more vicious.

In the case of Muslim Mafia, Gaubatz and his Congressional collaborators attacked CAIR for developing a strategic plan that differed little from those of other educational advocacy and lobby groups including those which are pro-Israel.

Of course, no one worries that AIPAC has been running non-partisan institutes throughout the American college and university system explicitly to recruit interns to spy on congressman for years.

I attended one in January 2003 at the Harvard Kennedy School.

When Zionist interns acting as spies report back to AIPAC on deviation from pro-Israel orthodoxy, AIPAC -- in a subversion of the American political process -- springs into action either to intimidate the offending congressman into conformity or to target him for political destruction.

Exactly for whom the four congressmen believed Muslim interns were spying was never particularly clear, and they implied that an American Muslim organization became the equivalent of the most paranoid conceptualization of al-Qaida simply by attempting to educate congressmen about American Muslim interests and issues.

Even if a Muslim intern reported back to CAIR, what could CAIR possibly do? CAIR's budget is at least an order of magnitude less than that of AIPAC.

Muslim Mafia is hardly the the first instance of looniness from Gaubatz, who is according to Glen Greenwald the sole source of delusional right-wing claims that Saddam had WMDs and shipped them out of the country during the disorder of the collapse of Baathist Iraq -- something that George W. Bush does not even believe.

Gaubatz recently terminated his connection with the Society of Americans for National Existence (SANE), where he headed the Mapping Sharia project. Here is the project definition:

It is our task to conduct an extensive mapping of all the Islamic day schools, mosques, and other identifiable organizations in the US and to determine which ones teach or preach Islamic law, Sharia

This investigation will also map the leadership of these Muslim organizations and their other affiliations. We will also attempt to uncover any related businesses used or run by the organizations as fronts for money laundering and other illicit activities.

Finally, we will examine and map any potential targets situated near these organizations, such as city, county, and federal government buildings, schools and universities, US military installations, major utility or infrastructure sites (i.e., nuclear installations, pipelines, water supply, etc.), and transportation hubs.

A vigilante effort entailing only invasion of privacy, harassment, and intimidation was not Islamophobic enough for Gaubatz:

Even though Gaubatz and SANE have parted company, there is no reason to assume that the latter organization and its founder David Yerushalmi (ne Beychok) are any less loopy than Gaubatz.

Here is the SANE's anti-democratic mission statement, which provides a highly racist and distorted view of the founding of the USA.

The Society of Americans for National Existence or SANE is what its name declares: a society of sane Americans dedicated to preserving and strengthening America's national existence. By national existence we mean what you normally mean when speaking of such matters. America is a unique people bound together through a commitment to America's Judeo-Christian moral foundation and to an enduring faith and trust in G-d and in His Providence. One SANE article asks:

"Is there something unique about the Black American (or, at least the Black New Yorker) that leads him to murder so disproportionately and to most often kill and victimize his own? Do we see patterns of Black culture that arise out of Africa and the wanton murder of blacks by blacks there? Why have the colonized blacks of the African continent, after having acquired their freedom and independence, so willingly slaughtered their own and live in despicable disease and squalor despite a land of enormous riches while Indians of the Indian sub-continent have successfully moved from British rule to democracy and relative civility even in a country that still maintains social inequalities as a fact of their culture?"

I do not deny that membership in certain definable groups may at various times correlate with measurable indices like incarceration rates for certain types of crimes, but there are reasonable ways to discuss such topics, and there are racist ways to broach the subject.

I have no doubt that Yerushalmi would scream anti-Semitism if I wrote about the disproportionate involvement of Jews in financial crimes with the same sort of language his organization uses to discuss African Americas.

While Yerushalmi does not appear to advocate imprisoning African-Americans for precrime, he has no reservations about such an idea for Muslims.

Even though as a religious Jew Yerushalmi is almost certainly aware that Jewish sacred law (halakhah) barely differs at all from Muslim sacred law (sharia), SANE has proposed arresting Muslims for voluntarily observing of Sharia in the same way Yerushalmi voluntarily obeys Halakhah:

"Whereas, adherence to Islam as a Muslim is prima facie evidence of an act in support of the overthrow of the U.S. Government through the abrogation, destruction, or violation of the U.S. Constitution and the imposition of Shari'a on the American People...It shall be a felony punishable by 20 years in prison to knowingly act in furtherance of, or to support the, adherence to Islam." (The last reference to "adherence to Islam" was changed to "adherence to Shari'a" in the final version.)

Like Gaubatz Yerushalmi has been active in efforts to prevent Muslims from serving as US government officials. Until CAIR outed his racist and anti-democratic political views, Yerushalmi was a leading activist in Stop the Madrassa, which mobbed-and-smeared Debby Almontaser until she resigned from her position as designated principal of the Khalil Gibran International Academy (KGIA).

Yerushalmi's Stop The Madrassa activities connect him with Daniel Pipes, who scare-mongers the legal Islamist threat and who is fairly closely connected with European Islamophobes like Geert Wilders, Danish Ukrainian Jewish anti-Muslim activist Flemming Rose, and Danish Islamophobe Lars Hedegaard. In addition Yerushalmi has also claimed to serve as attorney for Frank Gaffney, Alex Alexiev and Martyn Burke, the producers of the controversial PBS documentary "Islam vs. Islamists: Voices from the Muslim Center."

Obviously, people like Gaubatz, Yerushalmi, and Pipes are busy little bees flying all over the place.

Who funds them?

The biography of Yerushalmi on the website of the Institute for Advanced Strategic and Political Studies (IASPS) in Jerusalem provides some information on the money connection:

From the Institute's founding, Yerushalmi took a leading role as a substantial financial contributor, in addition to serving on the Board of Trustees for over a decade and as Chairman for more than five years. In 1991, teaming up with the Institute's policy experts, Yerushalmi was instrumental in establishing the Israel Export Development Co., Ltd., as an entrepreneurial policy tool to initiate radical free market reforms in Israel. Working along side fellow board members and shareholders such as Robert Tishman, Jerry Speyer, Larry Silverstein, Lawrence Tisch, Eugene Grant and Sy Syms, Yerushalmi was appointed the company's CEO and Chairman.

The 70 year pattern of stigmatization, marginalization, demonization, and punishment of Muslims and of anyone that does not kowtow to hyperwealthy Zionists is unmistakable. If extreme Israel advocates succeed in the stigmatization of Muslim interns, yet another category of government jobs will in effect be reserved only to Israel Lobby approved candidates in a gradual process that constitutes a slow-speed coup killing American democracy and putting ultimate control of the US government into the hands of the hyper-wealthy Zionists that fund the Israel Lobby.

One day soon the Zionist plutocracy directed by the Zionist intelligentsia will have veto power over anyone seeking to serve in the US government, and the American way of life will be dead.

While Karin's words speak for themselves, Stephen is a clever propagandist in twisting her intent.

Karin asserts that Nuremberg Tribunal precedents, which constitute a major part of the corpus of International Law, give the Palestinian Resistance practically unlimited license to kill Zionist interlopers anywhere in Stolen or Occupied Palestine.

If Stephen has a problem with Karin's interpretation of Nuremberg Tribunal Law, he will have to prove via analysis of the record of the proceedings that she is wrong.

According to his biography,

Stephen M. Flatow is an attorney. He was drawn into the war on terror following the murder of his daughter Alisa in a 1995 bus bombing while she was a student in Israel. Flatow successfully sued the Islamic Republic of Iran for its role as the state sponsor of the terror group Palestinian Islamic Jihad, the group that murdered Alisa.

Stephen conveniently fails to note that Alisa was visiting an illegal Gaza settlement at the time when the bus was attacked.

According to Father Says US Victim Loved Israel, Alisa thoroughly supported Zionism.

In other words she either explicitly or implicitly assumed that Jews have the right to plunder and to kill non-Jews with impunity.

If Steven had given his daughter an ethical education and taught her

• that E. European Jews had absolutely no right to Palestine,
  
• that Zionism is a completely evil ideology akin to German Nazism,
  
• that the ethnic Ashkenazi connection to Palestine is completely mythological,
  
• that Jews need to show acknowledgement, remorse, and contrition for the last 150 years of Jewish criminality, sabotage, targeted assassination, mass murder, ethnic cleansing, and genocide, and
  
• that Jews can take the first steps to genuine atonement through categorical and unequivocal opposition to Zionism and the State of Israel,

she would have supported Palestinians, would never have chosen to study in a racist extremist Yeshiva in Stolen or Occupied Palestine, and would almost certainly be alive today.

Not only was Stephen's terror victim lawsuit against Iran just another piece of ongoing Zionist fraud against America and the world, but Stephen has no one to blame but himself for the death of his daughter in a completely legal and legitimate resistance operation.

Wilders' Columbia Song and Dance

On Oct. 21 at Columbia University, Geert Wilders more or less gave a rerun of his Stoughton, MA, song and dance: collection: wilders' visit to boston.

There were some minor differences. Possibly thanks to the influence of Michael Oren, he added some material on President Jefferson. In Stoughton Wilders talked briefly about WW2 and seemed unsure whether the Soviet Communists or the German Nazis were fighting to save Western civilization. That material vanished from his speech.

The Geert Wilders phenomenon seems to represent a confluence of several different desires.

1. Wilders wanted to increase his funds both for personal and party use. Because of the peculiar way he set up is party, he is more or less identical to his party. He found that saying the sorts of things that rich Jews want to hear is a great way to raise money.

2. While Wilders is basically a hybrid con man carnival barker, rich Jews are getting something out of the deal.

Despite Bollyn's assumptions I do not see any evidence of some sinister conspiracy linking 9/11 to the implosion at GM, but I do believe that Jewish social networks (or networks of trust in the older terminology) have been pushing total incompetence (and total rapaciousness) for a long time. In addition, I have difficulty describing Merkin as Madoff's partner in crime, for Madoff clearly realized that it was easier to loot the stupid rich like Merkin than to loot corporations as Merkin was forced to do because Merkin does not have a clue about running a corporation competently.

Members of Jewish networks of trust succeed not because they are good but because they cheat:

When Wilders claims that Austrian teachers avoid teaching pupils about the wars against Islamic invaders, he is making a very clever lie. There were no Islamic invaders per se, but there were occasional Ottoman invasions of Holy Roman Territories as well as Holy Roman invasions of Ottoman Territories. The armies on both sides were generally composed of both Muslims and Christians. It is worthwhile to note that the Ottoman Empire also claimed to be the Roman Empire, and as the successor to the living Eastern Byzantine Roman Empire, it had the better claim than the Holy Roman Empire, which was a successor to the Carolingians, who made a fairly bogus claim to reviving a Western Roman Empire that could legitimately have been considered all but brain-dead when Charles the Great assumed the title of Emperor.

As part of the program of demonizing and marginalizing Western Muslims, Wilders is trying to create the perception of Muslims as savages while Jews and the State of Israel are supposed to share Western values and a common cause with America of beating down the Islamic barbarians at the gate.

Wilders' Judeophilic nonsense has no connection to reality.

Not only were some of the greatest murderers of the 20th century Jewish: Stalin's Jews, but the stereotype of Jewish economic rapaciousness is probably far too kind: jewish financial aggression, worldwide economic nakba.

Jewish Zionists were comfortable with Hitler's ideas as long as Jews did not constitute the primary target and as long as Hitler's and Zionist goals were congruent, i.e. up until probably the summer of 1941.

A correspondent accuses:

You have lined up with the Israeli government in seeking to delegitimize the Goldstone Report.

If a League of Nations Human Rights Council produced a report on E. Europe in 1943 and only focused on German and Soviet POW issues, there would have been an outcry about flaws and inadequacy even if such a report contained tremendously important information.

Zionists are arguing that the Goldstone Report is nonsense, drivel, and biased.

The appropriate response is praise for the identification of IDF atrocities but criticism for the Zionist hasbarah contained in the Report as well as for the Report's clear bias in favor of the State of Israel, whose behavior is far more criminal under International Law than was described by the fact-finding team, which was chaired by a Zionist and ever mindful of potential US government punitive reaction toward the UN.

Are they lining up with the Israeli government to delegitimize the Goldstone Report?

The Council demanded that Israel allow Palestinian citizens and worshippers unhindered access to their properties and religious sites in the Occupied Palestinian Territory and that it immediately cease all digging and excavation works and activities beneath and around Al Aqsa Mosque.

The Council also condemned the non-cooperation by Israel with the Independent International Fact-Finding Mission established by its resolution S-9/L.1. The Council endorsed the recommendations contained in the Mission's report and called upon all concerned parties to ensure their implementation. It also recommended to the General Assembly that it consider the report of the Fact-Finding Mission during the main part of its sixty-fourth session. Similarly, the Council endorsed the recommendations contained in the first periodic report of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in this area, and called upon all concerned parties, including United Nations bodies, to ensure their implementation.

There is a reason that the HRC refrained from censuring the Gaza authorities or the militant groups.

The Report's accusations against them are somewhat mind-boggling. Here is an example.

498. The Mission asked the Gaza authorities to provide information on the sites from where the Palestinian armed groups had launched attacks against Israel and against the Israeli armed forces in Gaza. The Mission similarly asked whether, to their knowledge, civilian buildings and mosques had been used to store weapons. In their response, the Gaza authorities stated that they had no information on the activities of the Palestinian armed groups or about the storage of weapons in mosques and civilian buildings. The Mission does not find this response to be entirely plausible. The Mission notes, more importantly, that, whether the answer reflects the reality or not, the Gaza authorities are obliged under international law to control the activities of armed groups operating on the territory under their control.³⁴⁵ If they failed to take the necessary measures to prevent the Palestinian armed groups from endangering the civilian population by conducting hostilities in a manner incompatible with international humanitarian law, they would bear responsibility for the damage done to the civilians living in Gaza.

By this logic the Jewish Councils in occupied E. Europe would bear responsibility for damage done by German soldiers to civilians living in Jewish ghettos if the Jewish councils did not prevent Jewish militia men from attacking the civilian and military personnel of the German occupation.

The Goldstone Commission position is simply nuts, and of course the HRC did not endorse it or similar insanity elsewhere.

This paragraph below is so fuzzy that it is hard even to be sure what it means:

1274. The Mission was also informed of indoctrination programmes allegedly introduced by the Gaza authorities, and of a process of ideological and political polarization. Such programmes have a high potential for imposing models of education at odds with human rights values and with a culture of peace and tolerance. In this regard, the Mission believes that efforts to incorporate human rights in the curricula should be encouraged by the relevant authorities.

It looks like an attempt to sneak standard Zionist Hasbarah claims

• that Palestinian educational materials contain "incitement" against Israel or Jews and
• that Palestinians educate their children to hate and to murder.

into the Report.

Not only is this stuff below just crap, but the Nuremberg Tribunal Judges consistently rejected the argument that German reprisals were an appropriate response to criminal or terrorist acts by resistance forces.

1687. There is no justification in international law for the launching of rockets and mortars that cannot be directed at specific military targets into areas where civilian populations are located. Indeed, Palestinian armed groups, among them Hamas, have publicly expressed their intention to target Israel civilians. The al-Qassam Brigades, on their website, claimed responsibility for the deaths of each of the Israeli civilians killed by rocket fire during the operations in Gaza.¹⁰⁴⁵

1688. From the facts it ascertained, the Mission finds that the Palestinian armed groups have failed in their duty to protect and respect civilians. Even though the al-Qassam Brigades and other armed groups in Gaza have recently claimed that they do not intend to harm civilians, the fact that they continue to launch rockets at populated areas without any definite military targets and are aware of the consequences to civilians indicates an intent to target civilians. Furthermore, the launching of unguided rockets and mortars breaches the fundamental principle of distinction: an attack must distinguish between military and civilian targets. Where there is no intended military target and the rockets and mortars are launched into civilian areas, they constitute a deliberate attack against the civilian population.

1689. Given the apparent inability of the Palestinian armed groups to aim rockets and mortars at specific targets and, the fact that the attacks have caused very little damage to Israeli military assets, it is plausible that one of the primary purposes of these continued attacks is to spread terror prohibited under international humanitarian law -among the civilian population of southern Israel.

1690. The above view is supported by public statements of the armed groups, such as that made by Hamas on 5 November 2008. Following an Israeli raid in Gaza¹⁰⁴⁶ which resulted in the death of five Hamas militants¹⁰⁴⁷, a Hamas spokesman stated “The Israelis began this tension and they must pay an expensive price… They cannot leave us drowning in blood while they sleep soundly in their beds”.¹⁰⁴⁸ As noted in chapter XVI, reprisal attacks cannot be carried out against a civilian population.

1691. From the facts available, the Mission finds that the rocket and mortars attacks, launched by Palestinian armed groups in Gaza, have caused terror in the affected communities of southern Israel and in Israel as a whole. Furthermore, it is the Mission’s view that the mortars and rockets are uncontrolled and uncontrollable, respectively. This indicates the commission of an indiscriminate attack on the civilian population of southern Israel, a war crime, and may amount to crimes against humanity. These attacks have caused loss of life and physical and mental injury to civilians and damage to private houses, religious buildings and property and have eroded the economic and cultural life of the affected communities.

The best rocket technology fails in targeting, and as far as I know, jus in bello allows proportionate response (paragraph 1690) when the international or regional authorities fail to respond to their obligations.

I object to the terminology used in the above paragraphs as inconsistent and inappropriate with regard to Nuremberg Tribunal Law, the International Convention for the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide, and the 4th Geneva Convention.

Not all civilians are protected noncombatants in International Law, and one can legitimately question whether many if not most Israeli civilians have protected noncombatant status. Failing to address the issue is an example of clear bias toward the State of Israel as is the Goldstone Commission's pervasive obliviousness to the body of precedents, decisions, and findings of facts contained in the 39 volume corpus of Nuremberg Tribunal proceedings.

Because the section XXVII. PROCEEDINGS BY PALESTINIAN AUTHORITIES: A. Proceedings related to actions in the Gaza Strip maintains the dangerous fiction of power equality between

• an established albeit odious state with an extremely powerful military and
• a resistance organization with some local authority in a situation that is legally an occupation made dire by siege conditions,

the Goldstone Report very effectively supports the atrocious and criminal Zionist logic

• of responding to stones with tanks and automatic weapony or
• of responding to toy mortars with heavy bombardment.

Did the Leningrad authorities live up to the following paragraph during the Siege of Leningrad?

1842. The Mission is aware that Hamas continues to view all armed activities directed against Israel as resistance to occupation and practices of the occupation, and, therefore, a legitimate right of the Palestinian people. The Mission fully recognizes the Palestinian people’s right to self-determination, in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and international human rights conventions. It also acknowledges that United Nations bodies and others have repeatedly pointed out practices of the Israeli occupation that deprive Palestinians of their human rights and fundamental freedoms. Nevertheless, the Mission forcefully reiterates that the peremptory norms of customary international law, both of human rights law and humanitarian law, apply to all actions that may be undertaken in response to, or to oppose, human rights violations.

Not only is the above paragraph way off base with regard to customary international law, but it has little connection to reality.

Covering up or overlooking the problems and failings of the Goldstone Report hands a victory to Zionists.
